The GTO Association of Pennsylvania is a classic Pontiac car club comprised of members from Lehigh Valley/Eastern Pa and Warren/Hunterdon counties of Western NJ. Formed June 30th 1989, our club is an affiliated member of the GTO Association of America. Although most of our members own Pontiac GTO's, we welcome all those dedicated to restoring, preserving and enjoying any Pontiac model. If you are a Pontiac enthusiast and enjoy talking cars with others who share your passion, feel free to contact us about joing the club.

Each September, our club hosts a Pontiac/Buick car show at our sponsor's dealership. The 13th annual Star Car Show will be held September 16th 2012 at Star Buick GMC in Easton PA.

Club Member Dave Golden Passes

Posted on Feb 17th, 2013

Johns_engine_paintedThe GTOPA lost one of its members on February 4th. Dave was a long time valued member of the club who served as Vice President from 1989 to 19992. He was always at the meetings giving his opinion on the direction of the club and had some witty comments to get some laughs. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his family. He is survived by his loving wife Deborah of 38 years, his son Doug, and his mother.

A graduate of Easton High School in 1964 and Northampton Community College in 1972, he had been an electrician for 22 years before retiring in 2009. Prior to that he had been employed by the Victor Balata Co. for 10 years and served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Public Memorial Service - Thurs. Feb 7th in the Ashton Funeral Home located at 14th and Northampton Streets in Easton with visitation from 1 to 2pm. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice .

God Bless you Dave! You will be sorely missed!
